International Deliveries

SHIPPING VIA INDIA SPEED POST – DELIVERS WITHIN 15 DAYS!!

We can ship small orders through Speed post (Air – mail) service of Govt. of India and it requires two working days. The Tracking number (EMS) will be provided to you within 24 hours of shipping. You can track the package online. For more information regarding tracking number, you can contact our customer care or e-mail at khatanavedasetu@gmail.com

You can track the order by putting the tracking no. EPxxxxIN in the EMS/ POST column at the website – www.indiapost.gov.in. or www.track-trace.com/post. We make full efforts to despatch the items at the earliest and have chosen Speed post by India post for the express delivery. If there are any delays in despatch from Khatana Vedasetu / Ayurvedic Care Centre you will be informed within 24 hours. We do not ship with FEDEX , DHL, or any other courier/ parcel company for international shipments.

We charge Rs.2500/- (Indian Rupees) from our customer as international shipping cost, which is additional to the value of the article ordered for up to 1500 grams. The shipping charges include the Speed post charges, packing charges and transport charges.

Any delay in delivery of article after it has been shipped from our warehouse is sole responsibility of India post . Generally the articles are delivered before time , but due to custom policies and protocols of the destination country the order might be delayed which is beyond our control.

We adhere to all the regulations and protocols while shipping by providing full customs declaration , Tax Invoice , prescription and other formalities. Customs duty payment has to be paid by the customer itself, if applied on any package.

Delivery within India

At Khatana Vedasetu/ Ayurvedic Care Centre we try to achieve the most efficient way in fulfilment of our clients need including shipping.

Shipping is free within India for order above Rs.1000/- (Indian Rupees). We ship via professional courier companies like Delhivery (Surface and express), India post(Speed post) and it’s like.

Holidays

Orders are processed & shipped Monday – Friday, excluding national holidays in India. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day.

Lost or Missing Orders

If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:

1. Check with neighbours and family members.
2. Look around the delivery location.
3. Check for notice of attempted delivery.
4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
• Applies to in-stock items only. Delivery of out-of-stock items is subject to availability, and we will keep you informed via email.
• Providing full postal address including postal code, phone number is sole responsibility of the customer.
• The shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible which will be informed to you and any amount paid for such order will be refunded in full.
